Position Details: Agentforce and Data Cloud Product Specialist

We’re seeking a dynamic Senior Architect/Advisor to lead AI-driven transformation projects, working closely with clients to tailor Agentforce to their unique business needs. This role combines strategic consulting, technical expertise to deliver measurable outcomes for our clients.

Consulting & Strategy:

• Collaborate with clients to understand business goals, challenges, and operational processes.

• Design AI-driven strategies to improve sales performance, customer engagement, and productivity using Agentforce

Solution Architecture & Implementation:

• Lead the configuration and customization of Agentforce to meet client requirements.

• Serve as the point of contact for client leadership teams, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.

• Conduct workshops, training, and presentations to drive user adoption and change management.

• Leverage analytics to uncover performance trends, recommend optimizations, and demonstrate ROI.

• Stay up-to-date on AI advancements to advise clients on emerging opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 5+ years in consulting, business transformation, or AI/technology implementation roles.

• Experience in Salesforce Agentforce, or AI platforms. Also, Data cloud, Snowflake and other similar tools would be an advantage

• Proven track record leading client engagements

• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and AI technologies (Agentic AI) is a plus.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
