Job Description:
Strategic Leadership:
• Develop and refine market access strategies for new and existing pharma
products in USA.
• Identify and assess US pharma market opportunities and threats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align market access strategies
with overall business objectives.
Market Analysis and Insights:
• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to understand payer and
provider dynamics in US Pharma.
• Analyze US Pharma market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory
environments.
• Utilize data analytics tools to derive actionable insights and inform
decision-making.
Regulatory and Reimbursement Expertise:
• Stay up to date with regulatory requirements, reimbursement policies, and
pricing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize reimbursement and minimize
access barriers.
Stakeholder Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including
payers,
• providers, and regulatory authorities.
• Effectively communicate market access strategies and insights to internal and
external stakeholders.
Technical/Functional Skills:
• Technology strategy & domain consulting to develop and implement IT
strategies aligned with business objectives in the healthcare sector.
• Expert knowledge in the Pharma Domain specifically in the Market
Access/Contracting business. This is a must for any consideration.
• Responsible to partner with clients, internal TCS teams and 3rd parties’
technology partners on existing projects, new pursues and POVs/POCs in order to
achieve accelerated business outcomes for clients in the Data and Analytics
space.
• Work closely with the various Business Insights Segments, account teams and
customers to analyze and understand business processes, data ecosystems,
technology solutions mappings, data architecture and overall data management
principles within the healthcare sector.
• Develop and implement business & IT strategies that align with industry
best practices and regulatory requirements specifically in the Market
Access/Contracting business.
• Develop points of views, white papers, and offerings relevant to the Life
Science sector.
• Assist in the selection, integration, and deployment of data analytics
solutions cloud or hybrid.
• Design and optimize cloud-based and on-premises Data & Analytics
solutions tailored for the healthcare industry.
• Work closely with stakeholders, including IT teams, business users, and
vendors, to drive digital transformation projects.
• Present to industry forums or other agreed channels, TCS PoVs and thought
leadership in the Life Science domain
• Drive digital transformation projects by working closely with stakeholders,
including IT teams, business users, and vendors.
• Excellent knowledge in the areas of Data Management (Data Governance, Data
Quality, Master Data Management), Data Strategy and Data Analytics including
ML/AI solutions and Cloud based Data Solutions.
• Excellent knowledge in AI/GenAI solutions and how these are applicable in the
healthcare domain
