Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Leader to manage and drive the successful execution of Enterprise Solutions engagements - including SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other platforms - for our Manufacturing Clients across North America. This role will serve as the primary governance for client engagements, ensuring delivery excellence, stakeholder alignment, and business value realization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead NA delivery for enterprise technology programs across SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other platforms.
• Manage client relationships, delivery governance, and stakeholder communications for manufacturing accounts.
• Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery.
• Drive transformation initiatives, digital roadmaps, and enterprise modernization for manufacturing clients.
• Support pre-sales, solutioning, and proposal development for new opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to TCS delivery frameworks, compliance standards, and best practices.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks, manage escalations, and ensure quality of delivery including customer satisfaction.
• Mentor and guide onsite teams and coordinate with global delivery centers.
• Drive the integration of AI and GenAI solutions into enterprise platforms to enhance automation, analytics, and user experience for the clients.
Required Experience:
• 20+ years of IT experience with at least 8 years in a delivery leadership role in North America.
• Proven track record in delivering Enterprise Solutions (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.) for manufacturing clients.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing industry processes, challenges, and digital transformation trends.
• Experience in managing large-scale, multi-vendor, and multi-country delivery programs.
• Experience in implementing or managing AI/GenAI use cases within enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and hybrid delivery models.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Certifications in relevant enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) are preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
