Position Details: Cybersecurity Segment Head Cyber Security
Description:
Functional Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end Cyber Security business in US Geography for LSHCERU business group reporting US region head.
- LSHCERU Cyber Security business growth and pipeline generation in partnership with Geo sales leaders.
- Achieve assigned revenue and sales targets.
- Grow the revenue at a rate of 10% quarter on quarter. Proven experience in handling a portfolio size of 25 to 50 million USD.
- Sales enablement within sales account leaders and client partners.
- Partner with account teams to identify, solution and close opportunities within the account base.
- People management across all the accounts.
- Drive security solutions for managed security services opportunities.
- Articulate the cyber security solution and value proposition to clients, as part of large managed security services RFP’s.
- Engage in proactive conversations with security collaborators on current trends, clients landscape and enable solutions to address security challenges.
- Manage security services delivery across all the accounts under the portfolio.
- Manage and maintain client relationships and work on building new client relationships across white space customers.
Preferred Technical Requirement:
- Prior sales and presales of minimum 15 years’ experience in Cyber Security
- Functional and Technical knowledge of security services that can be positioned across LSHCERU domain.
- Knowledge on key security services like IAM, Vulnerability management, Zero Trust Architecture etc.
- Strong interpersonal skills are essential, must be able to operate and communicate effectively at all C levels
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence decisions with internal and external stakeholders
- Be business-focused, creative, innovative pragmatic and positive team player
- Extensive experience in preparing reports, documents and presentations.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Security certifications like CISA, CISM and CISSP – Highly desirable.

Qualifications:
- Experience – 15 plus years’ experience in managing Cyber Security business for Geo or domain globally.
- Preferred prior experience with Cyber Security Architecture & Engineering with design and implementation hands-on experience for few of enterprise security technologies (System & Network Security, Identity & Access Management, Data Security, Cloud Security, Application Security, SIEM & SOAR, Security Automation, Visibility & Analytics) are preferrable.
- Desired Certifications – CISSP, SABSA, Cloud Security Architect, ISSAP
- BA or BS or equivalent in IT related degrees
- Ability to travel as per the business needs (up to 40%)
Salary Range: $205,700-$278,300 a year
