Requirements
- A minimum of eight years of experience in Oracle Fusion implementations and business process transformation; government experience preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle ERP modules, including Financials, Supply Chain Management, Human Capital Management, Procurement, and others.
- Proficiency in Oracle ERP implementation methodologies, such as Oracle Unified Method (OUM) or Oracle Application Implementation Methodology (AIM).
- Demonstrated understanding of Oracle ERP architecture, data models, and integration capabilities.
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and guide the ERP team toward achieving organizational goals.
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and strategic thinking necessary to develop long- term plans for Oracle ERP implementation and optimization that are aligned with business objectives.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle ERP systems.
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud implementation methodologies and experience in operations, systems evaluation, enterprise architecture, and project management.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, particularly in Financials and procurement solutions.
- Demonstrated understanding of Oracle Cloud concepts and module functionality for financial accounting and reporting.
- Cross-industry experience, with a focus on public sector entities preferred.
- Strong client services orientation and experience with fund accounting and budgetary control processing.
- Demonstrated track record of leadership, client management, and project management. Nice-to-haves

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead Oracle Cloud projects involving strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization.
- Drives the successful implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of Oracle ERP systems to support the organization's growth and operational excellence.
- Manage day-to-day activities of ERP advisory engagements, including process design and project reviews.
- Provides leadership to the ERP team, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management. Works closely with the project/program manager for ERP Cloud Implementation. · Development of actionable implementation plans, demo ready solutions, and engaging artifacts that will drive further engagement.
- Support new business opportunities and prepare proposals, Demos and client presentations. · Collaborates with other departments to ensure seamless integration of Oracle ERP with other systems and applications, such as HRIS, Grant Accounting, Project/Resource Planning, and Supply Chain Management.
- Ensures Oracle ERP systems comply with regulatory requirements, security standards, and industry best practices and align with the organization's network and security policies.
- Review Oracle application security profiles to assess their use in business process control.
- Network with TCS account partners to identify Oracle Cloud project opportunities.
- Manage and develop competencies of Oracle project team members and new hires.
- Act with integrity and professionalism to uphold TCS's work environment.
- Mentor project teams, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback.
- Foster a collaborative team culture, promoting knowledge sharing, teamwork, and service delivery excellence.

Salary Range $129,200-$169,800 a year
