• This role is responsible for the planning, execution and management of complex and large transformation engagements at TCS clients. He coordinates the work of TCS and client team members for one or more projects
• Oversee various transformational projects, implementing business process improvements, or implementing ERP systems for our clients
• Coordinate project timeline with her/his teams to ensure checkpoints and goals are met to the client’s satisfaction
• Collaborate with the project manager(s) in the management of overall resource allocation and capacity planning for the project(s)
• Manage program level status, metrics, issues and risks and oversee overall completion and sign-off on program deliverables
• Leverage his/her broad business and technical expertise to address technology architecture, blueprinting, data analysis, business modeling, technical design, application development, integration, and enablement
• Provide leadership and guidance to project managers and client leadership teams assigned to the projects
• Lead/Collaborate in scoping prospective engagements and developing proposals
• Accountable for the successful delivery of all project phases, releases, and project components for transformation projects
• Responsible for overall quality, engagement, and adherence to the schedule and budget for the project
• Produce recognized pieces of transformational thought leadership and present at industry events
Qualifications:
Experience leading large global business transformation program delivery with proven track record and a deep understanding of business values of transformation programs/objectives
• Ability to speak business language, guide business counterparts towards the right SAP solution and translate business requirements into technical requirements
• Experience leading sales opportunities
• Previous hands-on experience leading a specific functional stream
• Expert understanding of business values of transformation programs/objectives.
• Ability to work with C-levels as well as be hands on as required
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities, capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships
• At least five (5) full life cycle implementations as an ERP Project Manager with multi-module implementations (Finance, Sales, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse)
• A minimum of ten (10) years prior transformational ERP consulting or equivalent industry experience
• At least six (6) years’ experience in proposal and business case development
• Proven sales experience
• Ability to articulate the businesses enabled by SAP S/4HANA
• Develops detailed program plan, develop and monitor risk/issues, present status to internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to lead steering committee meetings, lead team meetings, lead business meetings, and lead project management team
• Ability to lead business workshops with key stakeholders and derive outcomes.
• Expert understanding of program financials and processes
• Provide accurate estimates, timeline, and ability to self-direct and mentor/manage teams and client.
• Deep understanding of industry specific KPI’s and benefits of S/4HANA functionality to enable the business
• Prior working knowledge of configuration and features of key S/4 HANA
• Ability to be hands on if required and mentor junior team members
• Ability to leverage and build assets/accelerators and thought leadership
• Experience managing 20+ resources
• Remote, Willingness to travel up to 100%
• Bachelors degree or equivalent required
Salary Range: $218,600-$287,000 a year
