• This position is accountable to ensure high quality solution designs that meet current and anticipated business needs. Responsibilities also include evaluating alternatives to satisfy business objectives, estimating and planning Oracle Cloud projects and cross-project process and design governance.
• Lead business requirements workshops with customers to design and roll out Oracle Cloud ERP solution areas in Finance and across other process areas.
• Design global template based on the best practices
• Prepare global designs, gap analysis, end-to-end process design, testing strategy, cutover plans, training, etc.
• Provide leadership in planning/sequencing of end-to-end design workshops and support facilitation of workshops, leveraging knowledge of industry best practices and application of global Oracle Cloud implementation experience.
• Guide complex fit/gap analysis and design decisions and validate fit/gap analysis and design decisions completed by less experienced team members; ensure deviations from “out of the box” functionality have sufficient business justification and positive value proposition
• Own overall inventory of reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and/or workflow (RICEFW)
• Actively participate as a member of the delivery team in providing and ensuring optimal design solutions are understood and adopted
• Provide strong functional understanding of Oracle Cloud
• Understand the evolving Oracle Cloud roadmap and provide advice to customers in Oracle Cloud transformations, implementation and migrations
Qualifications:
• Demonstrates end-to-end business process knowledge in Finance - Record to Report (RTR), Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C) and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) processes
• Experience leading large global, consulting led Oracle Cloud business transformation program delivery with proven track record and a deep understanding of business values of transformation programs and objectives
• Ability to speak business language, guide business counterparts towards the right Oracle Cloud solution, and translate business requirements into technical requirements
• Expert level knowledge in Oracle Finance and EPM modules covering Oracle Financial General Ledger, Intercompany Accounting, Account Receivable, Account Payable, Fixed Asset Accounting, Projects, EPM – Enterprise Data Management, Planning and Budgeting, Financial Consolidation and Close, Account Reconciliation, Narrative Reporting and integration with Supply Chain and Order to Cash functionality and processes.
• At least five(5) full life cycle implementations as an Oracle Cloud ERP Project Manager with multi-module implementations
• A minimum of ten (10) years prior transformational Oracle ERP consulting or equivalent industry experience
• At least six (6) years’ experience in proposal and business case development
• Proven sales experience
• Working knowledge of configuration and features of key Oracle Cloud based Finance structures is an absolute requirement.
• The ability to be hands-on and mentor junior team members.
• Able to provide accurate estimates, timeline, and ability to self-direct and manage teams and clients
• Must have a Finance & Accounting background with expertise
• Should be proficient in conversation on wide range Finance and Accounting topics with CFO’s, Finance Controllers, VP of Finance users, senior management, and C-level leaders
• Should have working experience in project estimation, project planning, and staffing
• Must be capable of functioning with only limited oversight. Strong verbal and written communications skills and the ability to work effectively internally and externally
• Experience managing 20+ resources
• Remote, Willingness to travel up to 100%
• Bachelors degree or equivalent required
Salary Range: $218,600-$287,000 a year
