Description:
Responsibilities include:
- Lead short term ServiceNow consulting/advisory assignment in the customer environment to:
- Lead discovery effort to design an approach and roadmap of Risk Management, GRC, TPRM using ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) product suite
- Lead assessment of current ServiceNow IRM implementation and set up to recommend gaps, improvement areas, best practices, continual transformation.
- Work As a solution consultant and lead architect for ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) product suite implementation
- Support presales and solutioning effort (Crafting solution content and presenting to customer) for RFP’s, proactive opportunities, as an SME in the ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) product suite
- Develop a comprehensive thought leadership strategy with ServiceNow at the core and aligned with Business objectives and Industry trends.
Other Responsibilities:
- Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation (Ex: Battle Cards)
- Conduct research to identify topics that resonate with the Customers and thereby develop solutions.
- Create solution collaterals, collaborate with delivery to create case studies.
- Contribute with offering maturation and new offering ideas.
- Leverage BFSI business case expertise to articulate ways in which the Now platform will drive competitive advantage for their business.
- Represent TCS in partner events.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Solution consulting/advisory & Architecture and at least 5+ years of ServiceNow Product experience.
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform, specializing in in ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) module - at least one design, architecting and implementation of IRM solutions including Risk Management, Policy & Compliance Management, TPRM, Audit Management, etc.
- Strong background in solution architecture and technical design, with a focus on Risk Management including Customize risk assessment methodologies, risk scoring models, and compliance controls based on regulatory requirements.
- Experience in guiding stakeholders on risk response strategies (mitigate, accept, transfer, avoid) and automation of risk workflows.
- Strong understanding of Governance, Risk and compliance domain knowledge and business processes and the ability to translate these into technical solutions. Strong understanding of BFSI regulatory and compliance requirements
- Prior experience of working on any one of the Risk management platforms ex: Logic Manager, IBM OpenPages GRC, MetricStream
- Ability to connect seamlessly with functional and technical customer SME’s
- Balanced knowledge of technology and domain
- Candidates with the following Certification & Credentials will be preferred
- ServiceNow CSA
- ServiceNow CIS – IRM
- TOGAF or equivalent architecture framework
- Working with Business Analysts on technical stories, ensuring timely delivery during Sprint cycles

Preference will be given to associates with
- Banking, Financial Services and/Insurance Background
- Strong experience with ServiceNow non-IT products in addition to IRM (ex: SecOps, FSO etc.)
- Experience working with Archer Platform
- Experience in ServiceNow Scripting using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML and REST/SOAP Web Services.
- Working knowledge of integrations (Rest ,SOAP, JSON, e-bonding, XML, SNMP, Web API/Web Services) and GenAI & AI Agents (Now Assist) / Virtual Agent.
Salary Range: $96,900-$155,200 a year
