Description:
Minimum 15 years-experience leading the end-to-end SAP ERP customer engagement - from Opportunity identification, to Stakeholder Management, planning and assessment engagements, proposal, design through deployment
- Minimum of 8 end to end SAP ERP engagements
- Minimum of 4 SAP S/4 engagements
- Development and success creating SAP S/4 go-to-market offers, tools and accelerators
- Business case development and selling to stakeholders
- Proven ability to connect with, partner with SAP
- Very deep industry-sector experience, analytical capability, and SAP solution advisory in one Primary industry, 2-3 Secondary industries
- Well-rounded, current advisory capability on SAP S/4 (all domains), RISE, and BTP
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, problem solve, take ownership
- Strong influential personality with effective negotiating skills
- Ability to shape, adapt and improve processes
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
- Financial acumen and budget management experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Salary Range: $147,000-$231,438 a year
