About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced, strategic thinker and highly
motivated Oracle Solutions Partner to join our growing team. In this
pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving our Oracle business
forward by combining deep technical expertise in Oracle Fusion and other
Oracle modules with exceptional pre-sales, customer engagement, and
relationship-building capabilities. You will be a trusted advisor to our
clients, helping them navigate complex business challenges and realize
the full potential of their Oracle investments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead customer interactions: showcasing TCS’s strengths, capabilities, and experience.
• Trusted advisor: Establish
and maintain trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders,
especially during early engagement. Help and guide customer on
transformation journey. Drive customer satisfaction through proactive
communication, governance, and escalation management.
• Industry insights: Bring in industry and technology insights to help shape customer transformation journeys.
• Act as a liaison: Bridge pre-sales, solutioning, and delivery efforts between TCS and the customer.
• Solution strategy: Own the solution strategy, build key parameters which are unique to solution and customer.
• Strategic inputs: Provide strategic inputs on pricing, scoping, and risk mitigation based on the customer’s landscape.
• Identify and guide team on proactive farming, cross-sell, and up-sell strategies within accounts.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience with Oracle Fusion applications and other ERP landscape
• Strong presales and customer liaison skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable to lead CXO, SVP and executive level discussion.
• Proven experience managing multi-stakeholder engagements and large transformation pursuits.
• Ability to build and maintain customer trust.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary range: $177,000 - $216,000 a year
