Description:
About the Role:
Support TCS Office with administrative tasks including but not limited to the below:
o Relieve management of project administrative detail
o Manage Executive Calendar /Travel itinerary
o Event and meeting coordination including attendee transportation, hotel bookings, travel arrangements, A/V requirements, catering, etc.
o File Travel and Expenses in the system
o Arrange customer/employee appreciation events
o Arrange Team building events
o Compose and manage correspondence/reports/contracts for Executive’s signature
o Arrange essential mail in priority action order and distribute to TCS staff
o Check deadlines on incoming requests and put preliminary work in play
o Process replies on own initiative or on Executive direction
o Workflow approvals on behalf of executive based on the direction and company policy
o Document preparation and filing
o Maintain inventory of office supplies
o Project Administration Coordination
o Research, draft or abstract reports
Qualifications:
• At least 7-8 yrs of administrative experience
• Proficiency with MS Office applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility to travel
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff as well as outside vendors and clients
