Position Details: Payroll Functional Manager
Description:
About the Role:
1) Manage end to end US payroll processing (biweekly & Semimonthly)
2) Ensure accurate calculation of wages, bonuses, taxes & deductions.
3) Handle garnishments, benefits & retirement contributions.
4) Ensure Compliance with Federal, state & Local reporting across 50 states.
5) Conduct audits for payroll data and process.
6) Provide monthly & Quarterly variance analysis for payroll cost.
7) Provide cash flow and Cost projections
8) Drive automation & process enhancement.
9) Employee Benefits administration.
Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of IRS, DOL, FLSA regulations.
• bachelor’s degree/CPA/CPP
• Proficient in payroll platforms like SAP, ADP
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency in excel
