About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced QE Architect/ Development Director to drive growth in our Quality Engineering (QE) services for Technology Software & Services portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise sales, a deep understanding of software testing and quality assurance & Engineering, and a proven track record of building strategic client relationships. This person should be able to perform consulting engagements in the areas of Quality Engineering helping Customers in benchmarking and transforming QE space.
· Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for Quality Engineering services across target industries
· Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking, outbound prospecting, and strategic partnerships.
· Understand client needs and articulate the value proposition of QE services including test automation, performance testing, security testing, and DevOps.
· Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to craft compelling proposals and presentations.
· Lead contract negotiations and close deals that align with company goals.
· Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings in the QE space.
· Willingness to travel across locations in the US for business development purposes.
· Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
· 15+ years of experience in business development or enterprise sales, with at least 10 years focused on Quality Engineering or IT services, specifically within the US market.
· Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile/DevOps practices, and modern testing methodologies.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Proven ability to engage with C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
· Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience selling to Fortune 500 clients.
· Familiarity with tools like Selenium, JMeter, LoadRunner, Jenkins, and cloud-based testing platforms.
· Existing network of contacts in target industries.
