Job Description:
• Transition Manager
responsible for planning, leading and managing the transition portion of
the outsourcing engagements while ensuring engagement profitability,
customer satisfaction, and effective staff utilization. Ability to
perform all aspects of transition program management, including plan
development, resource planning and allocation, tracking and improvement
planning. Create the transition solution, and present the solution to
the client during every phase of the sales cycle.
Qualifications:
- 10-15 years of sales,
solution development and delivery experience with large Systems
Integrator/Big 3 Consulting Company (someone who is responsible for
delivering what they design and sell)
- Experience using a global
delivery model to support customer requirements in application
development, application maintenance, and infrastructure services
- Experience in pursuing and managing third party adviser led engagements (ISG, KPMG, Alsbridge, etc.)
- Ability to develop/maintain positive client relationships and monitor client satisfaction
- Demonstrated success in a matrix management environment
- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent
