Position Details: ServiceNow Technical Architect - IRM

Location: Pheonix, AZ

Description:

Responsibilities: 
  • Work with business stakeholder (Risk, Compliance, Audit, Security, IT) to understand goals and project requirements.
  • Define the IRM data model (risks, controls, issues, assessments, indicators) and Design relationships between IRM and other modules (ITSM, SecOps, HRSD, etc.)
  • Platform and process architecture. 
  • Integration design.
  • Define access roles, data security, and segregation of duties. 
  • Provide guidance to developers and configuration teams. Validate that customizations follow best practices. 
  • Create/oversee creation of workflows for risk assessments, policy attestations, and issue management. 
  • Define strategy for migrating risks, controls, and historical compliance data. 
  • Enable real-time risk reporting and regulatory submission readiness. 
  • Support development of training materials for risk/compliance teams. 
  • Work with Business Analysts on technical stories, ensure timely delivery during Sprint cycles. 

Candidates with the following Certification & Credentials will be preferred
  • ServiceNow CSA
  • ServiceNow CIS – IRM
  • TOGAF or equivalent architecture framework

Qualifications: 
  • 10+ years of experience in Solution consulting/advisory & Architecture and at least 5+ years of ServiceNow Product experience.
  • Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform, specializing in in ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) module - at least two design, architect and implementation of IRM solutions including Risk Management, Policy & Compliance Management, TPRM, Audit Management, etc.
  • Strong background in solution architecture and technical design, with a focus on Risk Management including Customize risk assessment methodologies, risk scoring models, and compliance controls based on regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in guiding stakeholders on risk response strategies (mitigate, accept, transfer, avoid) and automation of risk workflows.
  • Strong understanding of Governance, Risk and compliance domain knowledge and business processes and the ability to translate these into technical solutions. Strong understanding of BFSI regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Prior experience of working on any one of the Risk management platforms ex: Logic Manager, IBM OpenPages GRC, MetricStream
  • Ability to connect seamlessly with functional and technical customer SME’s
  • Balanced knowledge of technology and domain
