About the Role:
Support the executives and provide additional support to executive
team members, as directed, to ensure that company goals and objectives
are accomplished and that operations run efficiently. Responsible for
enabling and advancing company initiatives by filtering and attending to
the day-to-day functions for the executive and the team.
Maintain and refine internal processes that support high-ranking
executives companywide and coordinate internal and external resources to
expedite workflows. Manage communication with employees by liaising
with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks.
Plan and orchestrate work to ensure that senior executives’ priorities
are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are
upheld.
Qualifications:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work directly with leaders to support all aspects of their daily work.
• Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to the leader.
• Ability to determine
priority of matters of attention for the President; redirect matters to
relevant stakeholders, or handle matters personally, as appropriate.
• 7-10 years of experience
• Bachelor degree will be preferred.
