Description:
Responsibilities Include:
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client leadership.
- Ensure alignment of delivery outcomes with client expectations and contractual obligations.
Program Delivery & Governance
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT and business services across multiple workstreams.
- Establish and manage governance frameworks, including cadence for reviews, reporting, and escalations.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in delivery processes.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to Aerospace & Defense industry standards, including ITAR, EAR, and other export control regulations.
- Collaborate with internal and client compliance teams to mitigate risks and ensure audit readiness.
Team Leadership & Resource Management
- Manage cross-functional teams across geographies.
- Mentor and develop team members to build domain and delivery capabilities.
- Optimize resource utilization and manage capacity planning.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have deep experience in managing complex programs, ensuring compliance with export control regulations, and driving operational excellence in a highly regulated environment. Experience with Agile/DevOps delivery models
