TCS is
looking for a dynamic and experienced Client Partner with a strong
understanding of Banking and Financial Services domain. In this role,
you will have to build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders
of a large banking customer and drive strategic sales initiatives.
This is a high-visibility client-facing role where you will closely
work with existing as well as prospective customer stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage P&L of the account
- Business development- expand TCS footprint and increase wallet share
- Lead and manage RFP responses and presentations
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers across the customer organization
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling value propositions
- Ensure superlative customer experience.
Key Metrics will include Revenue growth, Deal conversions, Total Contract Value and Margin
What you will need to succeed:
- Proven experience in managing and growing the partnership with large banking customers
- Strong understanding of Banking domain
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-stakes environment with global teams
- Willingness to travel
Preferred Qualifications:
- 15-18 years of relevant experience
- BE/ BS, ME/ MS, MBA
