Description:
TCS’s Enterprise Solutions Unit is one of its biggest service practices and is focusing on augmenting
high caliber leadership for its Salesforce Practice primarily in the BFSI, Technical Services, Consumer
Businesses and other verticals. We are partnering with the C-Suite to work with them towards their
large transformation agendas and help them achieve superior outcomes while leveraging technology.
Manage Sales Funnel
Qualifications:
· Overall, 10-15 Years of IT Experience
· 5+ Years of experience in CRM Implementation Project (SFDC mandatory)
· Excellent understanding of Sales, Service, Marketing journeys
· 3+ years in Consulting working with Customers identifying and solving business problems
· At least 1 Salesforce transformation program experience within last 5 years with in-depth
understanding of Industry domain and Trends.
· Ability to manage diverse team and project stake holders (Customer & TCS management,
Salesforce)
· Certified Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Financial Services Cloud
· Experience in Banking or Insurance is a plus
· Experience in working with team based in multiple time zones · Innovation & Growth Mindset · Willingness to learn and work in Salesforce.
