TCS Consulting Partners are senior leadership roles within the Enterprise Solutions Unit of TCS with a focus on driving business growth, managing client relationships, leading engagements, and ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned with both our client’s and TCS’ strategic objectives.
Qualifications:
• Development and success creating SAP S/4 go-to-market offers, industry-specific
• Deep understanding of SAP S4H and history of project services delivery
• Proven ability to lead business development and sales efforts for large global business transformation programs enabled by S4
• Very deep industry-sector experience, analytical capability, and SAP solution advisory in one Primary industry, 2-3 Secondary industries
• Well-rounded, current advisory capability on SAP S/4 (all domains), RISE, and BTP
• Proven ability to communicate the business value associated with large S4H enabled business transformation programs.
• Proven ability to work with C-levels as well as be hands on as required.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships both with coworkers and clients.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity, problem solve, take ownership
• Ability to lead steering committee meetings, program team meetings, and business workshops with key stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead internal teams to develop accurate and differentiated approaches, estimates, and timelines to meet clients’ requirements.
• Minimum of 10 end to end SAP ERP engagements
• Minimum of 6 SAP S/4 engagements
• Minimum 15 years-experience leading the end-to-end SAP ERP customer engagement - from Opportunity identification, to Stakeholder Management, planning and assessment engagements, proposal, design through deployment
• Experience managing large teams more than 50 resources and leveraging offshore delivery models.
• Willingness to travel up to 100%
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
Responsibilities
• Growth – contribute within Geo or Industry, to >35% YoY growth rate in SAP S/4 project services
• Develop Industry-specific S/4 story(ies) to be leveraged on target clients (analysis of industry, challenges and complications, task or job to be done, and how TCS is best to address the challenge including our proven results (client cases, analysts)
• Work with account teams to target client opportunities (early engagement) and to engage with client stakeholders to develop their SAP S/4 strategies. Lead these early engagements.
• Turn early engagement into 65% win rate on large, strategic and transformational SAP S/4 Programs with TCS prime and leading.
• Managing delivery capabilities in line with an agreed budget, headcount and associated service delivery obligations and objectives
