Looking for an
experienced Oracle Leader to lead the growth of oracle portfolio for
Technology industries. Also to drive the advisory/transformation of
critical engagements of Oracle Cloud/EBS. Expected to have a deeper
understanding of Oracle Cloud applications, proven experience of
managing end to end sales cycle and complex transformation programs
delivery.
Key responsibilities:
• Generate qualified
Opportunity Pipeline through proactive connects, market research,
account mining public tender notifications, pro sales and deal
conversion.
• Drive a minimum 30% YoY
growth in TS&S ESU Oracle unit’s opportunity pipeline for Oracle
SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, Oracle On premise implementation/transformation,
Oracle GBU product implementation and support, and a 20% YoY revenue
growth from new opportunity conversion and key account mining
• Connect with right stakeholders from TCS for opportunity mining, RFx response, Customer presentations
• Articulate (Written and verbal) strategic ideas, point of view
• Own opportunities for end-to-end coverage of sales cycle and front end with ESU, ISU and BG leadership
• Advisory, Executing CRP with Business and IT Stakeholders and Solution Architecture for the Implementation/Delivery engagements
• Identify right team to deliver desired objectives with quality and on schedule
Qualifications:
• 10+ Years overall in Oracle technologies- Implementation and Presales
• Strong experience in
sales/presales/business development/delivery for Oracle Cloud
implementation and support services in relevant geography market.
• Experience in ERP implementation service pre-sales/delivery for at least three large Oracle Cloud transformation engagements
• Additional experience in project management, change management in large transformation engagements will be preferred
• Experience in working on joint go to market initiatives with Oracle corporation will be considered an advantage
• Good understanding of Oracle product offerings, especially SaaS, PaaS, IaaS and GBU products
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills in English language
• Strong presentation and articulation skills
• Knowledge of relevant
geography market for Oracle ERP software, market and product trends,
niche and boutique players in Oracle ERP and Analytics system
implementers, Oracle ERP System implementer competition landscape and
competition strengths & weaknesses
• Knowledge of Oracle
Corporation’s sales organization structure for the respective Geography
and key contacts like Account Directors, Product sales leads is
preferred
• Networking skills with business prospects is required
• Experience in generating
sales leads and connects from events like Oracle Cloud World, OAUG and
other real/virtual networking platforms.
• Strong Experience in Oracle SAAS Supply Chain Management

• Knowledge of other ERP platforms such as SAP
• Big 4 Consulting Experience
• Knowledge of Agentic AI and demonstrated experience in implementing/advising on Agentic AI solutions
