Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead finance module implementation in S/4HANA Public Cloud
Configure and customize finance processes
Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering
Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders for finance processes.
Configure and implement SAP S/4HANA Finance modules (FI/CO) in Public Cloud environment.
Perform system testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing.
Provide guidance on best practices for finance processes in S/4HANA Public Cloud.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with other modules.
Prepare functional specifications and work closely with technical teams for custom developments.
Deliver end-user training and post-go-live support.
Identify deltas between standard SAP and business needs, recommending suitable process adaptations or extensibility options.

Collaboration with Global Delivery & Partner Teams
Align closely with offshore functional consultants and technical teams to ensure continuity in solution delivery

Qualifications:

Experience Range : 8 - 10 years
Education : Bachelor’s in finance/accounting or related field
SAP S/4HANA Finance (Public Cloud) implementation experience
Strong knowledge of FI/CO modules
Expertise in financial processes and integration
Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps and analytics for finance.
Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO) configuration and implementation.
Expertise in Public Cloud deployment and understanding of SAP Best Practices.
Expertise in configuration related to Finance & Controlling and conversant with CBC setting up systems like Starter System/ DEV/QA etc,
Architect process flows that leverage SAP Best Practices for Finance and Controlling, R2R
Validate scope and storyboard-based load point estimations with the business and ensure traceability of requirements.
Explore Phase Ownership
Strong communication and client-facing skills
Ability to manage timelines and deliverables
