Position Details: ServiceNow ITSM tester

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

 Responsibilities: - 

1. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Service Now applications, ensuring proper coverage of all modules and functionalities. 

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define test objectives. 

3. Conduct various types of testing, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing. - Identify, document, and track defects, and work closely with developers to resolve issues. 

4. Create and maintain test data and test environments. 

5. Provide support and guidance to junior testers, as needed. 

6. Work with the application team and/or client to resolve any issues that arise in the testing process. 

7. Analyze test requirements, and design and execute tests. 

8. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in Service Now testing. 

In order to comply with U.S. laws and regulations applicable to this position, the person(s) hired must possess the ability to obtain US Security Clearance which requires that the person be a U.S. Citizen, a U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e., a “Green Card Holder”), or a Political Asylee or Refugee.
