Position Details: Client Partner Insurance Healthcare

Description:

  • Client Relationship & Account Management:
  • Manage a large client account and ensure growth in revenue and service adoption.
  • Develop new business opportunities within the account to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for client leadership.
  • Liaison with clients to understand business needs and analytics requirements.
  • Ensure overall customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Strategic & Operational Oversight:
  • Responsible for overall client relationship management, including escalation handling and stakeholder management.

 

Own P&L management for the account:

-Revenue growth

-Margin management

-Resource planning and utilization

-Business planning and forecasting

  • Drive adoption of analytics solutions aligned with client business objectives.
  • Delivery & Innovation Oversight:
  • Collaborate with analytics delivery teams (onsite/offshore) to ensure project delivery excellence.
  • Oversee analytics solutions, dashboards, and insights that impact client decision-making.
  • Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions to identify innovation opportunities.

Functional Knowledge:

a. Strong knowledge of US Healthcare Insurance, business intelligence, and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, QlikView).

b. Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, R, or similar analytics programming tools.

c. Understanding of data governance, data quality, and analytics best practices.

d. Knowledge of AI/ML, predictive analytics, and advanced analytics frameworks is a plus.

e. Ability to translate analytics insights into business recommendations and growth opportunities.
