Description:
• Client Relationship & Account Management:
• Manage large client account focusing on AI and data-driven initiatives.
• Develop business opportunities within the account to achieve revenue growth goals.
• Act as the primary client liaison, building trust and understanding business priorities.
• Ensure overall client satisfaction and retention by addressing concerns proactively.
• Engage with client leadership to identify AI opportunities for innovation and efficiency gains.
• Strategic & Operational Oversight:
• Responsible for overall client relationship management, including stakeholder engagement and escalations.
• Own P&L management for the assigned account:
a. Revenue growth and margin optimization
b. Resource planning and utilization
c. Business planning and forecasting
• Collaborate with AI delivery teams (onsite/offshore) to ensure quality, timeline, and ROI for AI initiatives.
• AI Solution Oversight & Innovation:
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of AI/Generative AI projects, including PoCs and production deployments.
• Ensure adoption of AI solutions aligned with client business objectives.
• Facilitate workshops and co-innovation sessions to drive AI solution adoption and thought leadership.

a. Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts: LLMs (ChatGPT, GPT), Transformers, NLP, multimodal AI.
b. Hands-on familiarity with AI/ML platforms and frameworks: VS Code Gen, Copilot, Windsurf, Codeium, OpenAI API, Azure AI, AWS
c. Ability to translate AI/ML solutions into measurable business outcomes.
d. Knowledge of data governance, ethics, bias mitigation, and AI compliance.
e. Experience in AI consulting, solution delivery, or AI-driven transformation initiatives.
f. Awareness of cloud-based AI services and scalable AI deployment.
