Position Details: Application Delivery Director

The Application Delivery Director (Delivery Director, Digital Technologies & Platforms) is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the development and implementation of scalable, secure, and innovative digital platforms. This role ensures alignment with business strategies, promotes engineering excellence, and leads delivery management across multiple technology initiatives. The director will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and business leaders, to deliver future-ready solutions while minimizing technical debt and preventing fragmented IT systems ("satellite IT"). The role also emphasizes governance, risk management, and continuous innovation through emerging technologies like AI/ML, cloud, and DevOps.

Skillsets:

• Bachelor’s Degree required ( or equivalent experience), Master’s Degree preferred
• 13+ years leading complex technology initiatives, especially in digital transformation and platform development
• 13+ years of people management experience, building and mentoring high-performing teams
