TCS is looking to hire a Source to Pay (STP) Managing Consultant for the Enterprise Solutions Units (ESU) Consulting Practice. They will lead business workshops with key stakeholders, gather and analyze requirements, and design integrated solutions across SAP modules such as FICO, SD, PP, QM, and PM. Responsibilities include implementing and supporting SAP Materials Management, contributing to project planning and execution, and ensuring alignment with objectives, schedules, and quality standards. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and readiness for international travel to provide consulting expertise and conduct workshops or training sessions. Candidates should adopt best practices, architect innovative solutions, and provide production support to ensure business continuity and customer satisfaction. Building strong relationships with IT and business peers is essential to meet company goals and deliver successful outcomes. It will be expected that the candidate demonstrates end-to-end business process knowledge in SAP processes.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience with global SAP STP business transformation programs with measurable business value.
• Ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions and communicate effectively with client stakeholders.
• High-level knowledge of Source-to-Pay processes and SAP MM, including Purchase Order Management, Receiving, Payment Processing, and Vendor Management.
• Strong understanding of S/4HANA functionality, configuration, and integration with other modules (FICO, SD, PP, etc.), plus experience with Ariba and its integration.
• Minimum 8 years of ERP consulting or equivalent industry experience, including at least 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations across multiple modules.
• Demonstrated experience in proposal development, project estimation, planning, and managing teams of 5+ resources.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and manage transformational initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of working independently with limited oversight.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required; ability to work without visa sponsorship and willingness to travel up to 100%.
• Strong relationship-building skills with business and IT counterparts to drive productivity and project success.
