Job Title : ServiceNow Privacy Management & Operational Resilience Engineer
Experience Required - 5+ Years
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
ServiceNow Modules Operational Resilience Management, Privacy Management, Policy, Risk and Compliance Management, Integrated Risk Management (IRM) / GRC suite, Business Continuity Management (BCM), CMDB/CSDM.
Development JavaScript, Glide API (GlideRecord, GlideSystem), HTML, CSS
Configuration Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, ACLs.
Automation Flow Designer, Workflow Editor.
Integration REST/SOAP Web Services, Integration Hub, MID Server.
Roles & Responsibilities
Working experience in ServiceNow Privacy Management module is must.
• Design and develop solutions specifically within the ServiceNow Privacy Management module to manage Data Subject Requests (DSR/DSAR), privacy impact assessments (PIAs), and data mapping.
• Privacy Regulation: In-depth knowledge of global data protection laws like GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and others relevant to the organization.
• Privacy Concepts: Understanding of concepts like Privacy by Design, Data Processing Activities (DPA), Records of Processing Activities (RoPA), and Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR).
ServiceNow Certifications (Desired): Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or specialized GRC/IRM/Privacy certifications.
Working experience in ServiceNow Operational Resilience Management module is must.
• Strong knowledge of Operational Resilience Principles, frameworks (e.g. NIST), and regulatory requirements (e.g. DORA, FCA/PRA for financial services).
• Familiarity with related risk management concepts such as Risk Assessment, Controls, Policies, and Audit Management.
