Position Details: Managing Partner for Manufacturing SAP

Seeking a dynamic and experienced SAP leads and drive deals of SAP S/4HANA RISE with SAP S/4HANA

Cloud, private edition (RISE with SAP) and SAP S/4HANA Cloud, public edition (GROW with SAP)

solutions. Play a pivotal role in shaping sales strategy and helping our customers realize the full

potential of these innovative cloud solutions.

Responsibilities: ESU MFG Lead Solutions Architect

- Solution Consulting: Development and success creating SAP S/4 go-to-market offers, tools

and accelerators

o Deep understanding of SAP S4H.

o Proven ability to lead business development and sales efforts for large global business

transformation programs enabled by S4

o Very deep industry-sector experience, analytical capability, and SAP solution advisory

in one Primary industry, 2-3 Secondary industries

o Well-rounded, current advisory capability on SAP S/4 (all domains), RISE, and BTP

o Proven ability to communicate the business value associated with large S4H enabled

business transformation programs.

o Proven ability to work with C-levels as well as be hands on as required.

o Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities, capable of building and maintaining

strong relationships both with coworkers and clients.

o Ability to deal with ambiguity, problem solve, take ownership

o Ability to lead steering committee meetings, program team meetings, and business

workshops with key stakeholders.

o Proven ability to lead internal teams to develop accurate and differentiated

approaches, estimates, and timelines to meet clients’ requirements

- Customer Engagement: Engage with potential customers to identify their business needs

and challenges and articulate how SAP S/4 HANA Solutions can address them. Drive sales

opportunities from initiation to closure. Interact with customers to understand business

process and requirement translate the understanding to create SAP solution enabling

world class best practices using TCS proprietary accelerators and methodology

- Solution Demonstrations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations, showcasing the key

features and benefits of SAP S/4HANA. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor

offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position our solutions.
