Position Details: Solution Architect Managing Consultant

TCS is looking to hire a Managing Consultant for the ESU Consulting Practice. The role will be responsible for the planning, and execution of complex and large transformation engagements at TCS clients. They will be required to coordinate the work of TCS and client team members for one or more projects and will be accountable for the successful delivery of all phases, releases, and project components for transformation projects. The role will be responsible for overall quality, engagement, and adherence to the schedule and budget for the project. It will be expected that the candidate demonstrates end-to-end business process knowledge in SAP processes.

Qualifications: 

· Bring strong S4 HANA implementation experience of managing large SAP S4 HANA transformation projects as Enterprise Solution Architect

· Strong Integration experience with SAP cloud solutions / non-SAP application landscape

- Strong experience of customer expectation management and address the potential issues through a pro-active approach with help of the implementation team

· Experience in team management with good interpersonal skills

· Bring in strong business process knowledge and experience in integrated business scenarios

· Strong cross functional understanding with the ability to look at the end to end processes and understand how the processes integrate in the SAP S/4 HANA product architecture

· Coordinating with business, during design, configuration, unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance tests, cutover, go-live and post go-live activities

· Experience in large global business transformation program delivery with proven track

record and a deep understanding of business values of transformation programs/objectives

· Ability to speak business language, guide business counterparts towards the right SAP solution and translate business requirements into technical requirements

· Experience in sales opportunities · Experience leading a specific functional stream · Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities, capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships · At least three (3) years of experience leading any particular stream (like RTR, PTP, OTC, Ware housing.. etc.) · At least three (3) years’ experience in proposal and business case development · Ability to articulate the businesses enabled by SAP S/4HANA · Needs to be hands on and mentor junior team members · Ability to leverage and build assets/accelerators · Experience managing 5+ resources · Willingness to travel up to 100% · Bachelors degree or equivalent required.
