Key responsibility:
• Engage with C level executives across the professional services domain.
• Drive business growth across professional services domain and technology, enabling consulting-led engagements and business development activities.
• Lead the adoption of SAP S/4HANA solutions, including SAP S/4HANA public cloud.
• Drive sales opportunities from initiation to closure developing compelling proposals incld solution designing, solution delivery, orals, deal closure - engaging deeply with client during the sales cycle
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position TCS offerings
• This role demands excellent presentation and estimation capability, ability to articulate and differentiate the value of TCS in delivering a robust and winning solution. The individual must be able to craft compelling value proposition for clients to choose TCS as a partner through their digital transformation journey.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless implementation of SAP solutions, overseeing scope and change management throughout the pre-sales phase
• Develop solutions to address clients’ problems through application of collective experience while validating the solution with subject matter experts
• Work effectively with geographically diverse teams (offshore) to deliver timely responses to clients and client account teams
• Develop and share reusable assets that can be readily applied to new opportunities
Qualifications:
• Graduate; post grad
• SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud/Professional Services
• Must have consulting background with big 4 consulting firms in the last 5 yrs
• At least 5 years of SAP experience in Professional Services in both implementation and Application Support
• At least 1 Implementation of End-to-End S/4HANA Project in professional services domain.
• Strong SAP solution architecture and pre-sales background.
• Travel: Willingness to travel as necessary
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas, present solutions, and interact with clients and team members.
• Analytical thinking and creativity to identify issues, develop solutions, and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Skilled in negotiating terms, contracts, and agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Proven experience in solutioning, estimations
• Proven ability to lead client workshops to explain solution
• Excellent Oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and personal skills to successfully communicate with internal and external customers
• Strong listening skills and solution orientated approach to selling
• Good understanding of agile and waterfall SAP implementation methodologies
• Proactively build and grow a team culture that focuses on successful and enduring customer and partner relationships.
