Role: Director – CPG Strategy & Activation Practice
Location: Any US location - but prefer Atlanta, GA. Candidate must be willing to travel
Job Description:
• Lead strategy and transformation programs across commerce, CX, and growth.
• Advise client executives on growth levers: RGM, retail media, loyalty, D2C.
• Shape, pitch, and win proposals — accountable for sales and margin.
• Design and oversee Target Operating Models that align strategy, people, process and tech.
• Translate AI into CPG-specific use cases (personalization, trade optimization, forecasting).
• Codify and productize playbooks and accelerators.
• Mentor and coach managers and consultants.
Qualifications:
• 15+ years professional experience, 8+ in management consulting.
• Deep CPG expertise.
• Proven record of selling and delivering $5M+ engagements.
• AI fluency beyond tools.
• Familiarity with MarTech/commerce platforms.
• Experience in Target Operating Model design, process architecture, etc. within consulting.
• MBA preferred.
• Willingness to travel 50–75%.
