Description:
Role: Client Partner - Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)
Location: Any US Location (Atlanta, GA preferred). Candidate must be willing to travel
Job Description (Please provide summary of the position):
• Drive Sales Plan: TCS Growth strategy in line with organizational direction
• Strategic pipeline development and TCV closure
• Proactive deal generation and large deal management
• P&L management of the account
• CXO level engagement and relationship management. Business stakeholder engagement
• Partnership with Alliance partners, joint pipeline co-creation
• Drive TCS internal governance, compliance, and internal reporting
• Delivery governance, stakeholder management and feedback, continuous customer engagement
• Prepare, plan and execute sales & marketing plans for the account
• Team management and talent development
• Coordination with horizontals for joint account planning, customer connects and joint revenue growth
• Collaborate with other accounts in unit for idea sharing, arrange references and create assets for CPG ISU
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant customer relationship management experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods Industry and handling the above responsibilities mentioned in the Job Description above
