Description:
As a Business Relationship Manager, the candidate will:
- Be managing and building trusted customer relationships from Developer to VP
- Act in ownership mode for people, delivery and service line relationship.
- Work closely with data platforms, analytics tools, AI/GenAI engagements
- Have a general sense of urgency in communication & delivery matters with customers and have the ability to inculcate similar culture within your organization.
- Work with portfolio management-accurate revenue projections, strategizing margin and offshore leverage, improvement plans, driving training plans of the team, aligned to customer needs.
Qualifications:
- Engineering Graduates/MBA
- Have Life Science domain experience
- Have experience in managing T&M engagements.
- Should have Proven leadership and People skills.
- Experience working closely with data platforms, analytics tools, AI/GenAI engagements
- Familiarity with data lifecycle management, Datalake, Datawarehouse and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Snowflake).
- Have experience in portfolio management-accurate revenue projections, strategizing margin and offshore leverage, improvement plans, driving training plans of the team, aligned to customer needs.
Salary Range: 126,700-171,400 a year
