Description:
We are seeking a senior Customer Data Strategist to incubate and scale a new retail‑focused consulting offering anchored in customer data Strategy, Loyalty, and personalization. This role will be responsible for shaping the end‑to‑end value proposition—spanning customer data strategy, identity resolution, CDP/MarTech ecosystems, and AI‑led activation—while translating it into measurable business outcomes for US retailers. The individual will open and anchor at least two strategic retail accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to C‑suite stakeholders across Marketing, Digital, and Commerce. In parallel, they will build and lead a high‑performing delivery team, establishing repeatable assets, methodologies, and best practices to enable scalable delivery and sustained growth. This role requires strong consulting DNA, deep retail domain expertise, and a proven ability to take offerings from concept to revenue.
Strong Experience in Retail – having worked with Industry leading Retailers in US; Business understanding of Customer Data Strategy, Loyalty and Personalization and how that impacts the Retail Business. Strong understanding of the technology tools and platforms in this space.
Salary Range: $170,200-$230,300 a year
